Stayed one night, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and quite good. It's not all shiny new but for the money you can't go wrong!

We stayed there 3 nights and when we checked in we were upgraded to an executive suite for free. The breakfast they offered daily was amazing. We were even given 2 free drinks per day per adult during our stay during thier social hour! The hotel is a little older, but that doesn't mean it's not nice. The staff was great, curteous and respectful. We had a little fridge and microwave in our room. We had a sofa that pulled out into a full size bed. The location was great! We weren't very far away from the road leading up to Snowbowl and all the little play areas! We were close to downtown and all the other shopping as you come into town. We would most definately stay there again!

we checked in late friday night and went to our room that was dirty. They hadnt dusted everything in awhile , hair still on the floor in the bathroom yuck! dust dirt food behind the bed gross! the carpet needed to be vaccummed again too. We ended up at the radisson where we knew the place was clean

As expected I got a great deal using the travel agency staying at the Hotel Aspen Inn Suites again. Saved about $* bucks off the hotels web site rates. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean though the building is showing its age. The complimentary breakfast was filling and the view of the passing trains was enjoyable for us, though some may not be fond of the frequent noise. The hotel is only minuets from old town Flag making it very convenient for us. We'll stay again when we need a break from the Phoenix heat.

We didn't get the room we reserved, and what we did get was absolutely disgusting. After about an hour, my daughter's eyes were so red from the mold smell that I decided we had to leave no matter what the cost. Thanks to Travel Website, we were able to leave without any cost as they didn't give us the room we reserved (reserved 2 queens, got one double bed). Found a place in Williams, a 30 minute drive west on I-40. A nice small town with some attractions and lots of modern amenities. It's your best bet for a nice family vacation.
