The property will also feature a bar and restaurant managed by China Grill Management, and a 5,100-square-foot full-service spa and exercise facility, as well as a state of the art boardroom,business center and meeting room.

I've stayed in many of the better hotels in NYC and have found this to be the best value and overall best experience. The room, bed, pillows, heating system and bathroom are well-chosen and well-designed for maximum comfort. No noisy heater; no inadequate shower spray, no hard pillows. The amenities are very nice - free continental breakfast, take-out coffee, free wireless internet. The staff is great - very helpful, attentive but not annoying. The street is also fairly quiet. Probably the only downside is the location - a little bit out of the way for convenience - and the heavy use of the penthouse bar.
