For a quick weekend in Paris and being out of the hotel for most of it was charming. There are many little bitros in surrounding block that offer great Parisien specialties and affordable breakfast as well. we did not try the hotel breakfast but it looks nice for euro* per person. the room was clean and the hotel had a watchman on duty even at 430am when we came back from a night out. Charming little place, affordable, and would recommend if your looking for a well located hotel.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for two days, and it was just fine. Don't believe what it says, its not in Montmartre. It is on the northern side of the hill on which Montmartre sits, so you have to climb a large hill to get to Montmartre. If you don't feel like climbing its a short tram ride away. The street the hotel is on is very busy and not very artsy, its kind of in a random spot. Paris is pretty accessible by metro or tram or whatever so the bad location wasn't really a problem. The front desk worker was very helpful and nice. The room was small, nice, and somewhat shabby, but if they replaced the bedspreads it would be super cute. The lights in our bathroom didn't work for the first day, but we didn't complain or ask to get it fixed. They cleaned the room the next day though and fixed the problem then anyway. It was pretty much the same price as staying in a hostel, but with the privacy and perks of a hotel. Breakfast is not included, and is pretty overpriced, so just eat out. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place at a great value. (Seriously it was the most economical and nice-ish place I could find.) It's a tiny hotel with a cute vibe (we stayed in room number 6.) As with any international travelling experience, keep your passport/valuables on you, the do not disturb sign is not necessarily obeyed and there is no safe in the room. But they lock the front doors at night and know their guests, so its nice to know random people won't walk in at night.
