I really like this hotel; staff are always very very helpful. The rooms are a nice size with good amenities (mini bar in room). A bit of a walk to a metro stop but not bad and very conveniently located if you're coming by cab from the airport. And with some time to kill, you can travel underground to a mall with borders etc. I did encounter some problems in the business center connecting to internet etc but the front desk seemed prepared for that and were able to meet my needs.

Stayed at the Marlowe for three days this autumn and I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Rooms were ultra clean, nicely decorated and in great condition. Staff was cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Hotel attached to Galleria Mall which turned out to be a bonas for our morning Starbucks, it's located just a short walk from the "T" (subway train), and is adcent to the beautiful Charles River (complimentary kayaks and bikes provided). Only issue was the parking (very expensive) and the in-hotel restaurant (food expensive and mediocre at best). There's a California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory and a PF Chang's located in the mall. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Boston.

Hotel Marlowe- A Kimpton Hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is simply wonnderful and very friendly. The conceirge was extremely helpful and valet was wonderful. The room and bed were clean and very comfortable. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This was my first time being in the Boston area and I loved it. The location was even better. The mall was connected to the mall through a tunnel at the hotel. The dining facility in the hotel was also amazing. It's not the cheapest in town, but it is definitely worth every penny. The hotel was right near the water, so we had a beautiful view. One tour we went on even picked us up outside the hotel! What could be better?! Boston is a beautiful city,so you should stay in this beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is awesome. This was our second stay. It is in a perfect location, attached to a mall with good food, right accross from public transportation. You don't need a rental car to see Boston. The beds are very comfortable and the staff has always been friendly and very accomodating. This is a pet friendly hotel, if you have allergies tell the hotel so you don't get booked on the 7th floor. That is where the pets can stay.
