The quality of the customer service in this hotel CANNOT be overstated. They made every effort to make my unusual circumstances seem like absolutely no problem. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy helping. The room was far and away the nicest and largest room I've ever stayed in...and it was in Manahattan, home of the tiny hotel rooms. It was simply exquisite.

The personnel at the hotel were all very friendly, very helpful and very good at their jobs. The appointments of the hotel are first class and meet my definition of luxury. The dining room was very attractive and luxurious but I was disappointed with my eggs benedict. i expected French cuisine standards. Overall it was a good experience and I would go again but for the expense. This was a special occasion.
