Very good overall, hot breakfast provided is great, there was a small problem with the heat and I called the front desk and there was a service person at my door within literally two minutes. Very good location. Its not a luxury hotel but very good, clean, comfortable and well priced.

Read bad reviews. Ski group of 12. Renovated? Some are, but NOT our rooms! Filthy and old. Full breakfast with package: denied. Last night no *cold* water! No warning either. Refused to give us a room to use to shower that does have cold water. Only option, pack up and schlep all our stuff to new rooms (remember, last night). Next day, little *hot* water! Manager of no help. Said its not a ""full service"" hotel! NEVER again! Writing to BW corporate. I could go on. Unbelievable!

Hotel was dingy, in an almost scary area of town, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the molding was rotting in the bathroom, the walls were too thin (you hear everything), etc. I would not stay in this hotel again and I would not suggest you do either."
