Well... the hotel is in nice location. It is nice inside. They have soak in baths only in suits. In traditional rooms - only quiet old shower. Room was nice, but there was a very strange smell in it. One of the very big disadvantages of this hotel is abcence of sound isolation. When people pass by your room, it is like someone passes in your room. And Sunday morning they started cleaning other rooms, so I could hear the vacuum and it woke me up. The breakfast was very poor in choice and almost uneatable. They had half raw omlette, not very well cooked sosages, uneatable blinz with cheese and few kinds of cheese. So we ended up trying everything, but since it was not possible to eat, we ate bagels (since they didn't have even croissans!). The swimming pool and hot tubs looked very clean and water was very warm. Pay attention, that both are uncovered! Fitness room is very small, but you have about 10 pieces of equipment. Valet parking costs you $20! we called for our car 20 minutes before leaving the room and waited for about 20 more minutes outside. So when you come - go for self parking - it is for free and you get your car when you need it. Santana Row is a street where most of shops and restaurants are situated, and it is very nice. So in general, hotel is ok, but not for 4 stars.
