I am actually at the hotel as I write this. The hotel lobby is new and updated. The rooms are less to be desired. I have stayed in a Motel 6 that was a lot more updated than this. It has a nice restaurant on the 11th floor, which had a nice view but high prices. The pool looks nice. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat as a pancake. Bring your own pillows. The TV is so old that it doesn't even have RCA plugs to play a video game system. The alarm clock is from the 70's (not a joke). I would recommend this hotel if you were going to a Broncos game and getting drunk with buddies. The price is another plus, I paid $* for 1 night (2 double bed room). I have heard it cost much more than that on game days. I would be disappointed if I spent more than $* on this room. There is a free shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel. I would stay here again, if the price was $* or less. The hotel management needs to seriously update the rooms to get a four to five star rating.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. When we checked in, the lobby was ok. However, the MANAGER checked us into a room that had a bicycle in it. When asked, the other clerk said it was someone's private room and my husband and i should never have received that room. So we were given a room with double beds and a breakfast coupon. Ok no problem. We went to the zoo at 1230 and came back at like 6 after dinner. When we were sitting in the room, we started smelling something like BO (body odor?). My husband went in the bathroom and smelled pot very strong. Then we started smelling something like someone was smoking right in our room (we dont smoke). so we opened the window (with no screen by the way) and the smelled eventually went away. We decided to go up to the dining area on the top floor for a nice drink and some food. Shortly after we sat down, this huge group of drunk people that were at the pool came up (like 15 of them) and started cussing and being VERY loud where we were in the lounge. So we moved to another end of the place and decided it just wasnt working so we left. The same several people climbed into the elevator with us and almost squished a little kid. This place is NOT family friendly and i would not stay here again. If you want to party, smoke pot and not pay much for your room, go for it. I wanted a night alone with my husband away from home while in denver on school business and would say for the $*bucks we paid, we got ripped off.

Was preregistered for Apr 9th.Upon entering lobby, an eerie feeling came about, because of the low lighting, and creepy feeling from the front clerk.Little did I know until the next morning that he was also incompetent. This place probably only survives because of the football season.the rooms were somewhat clean. It may be haunted too, because from 9-12pm the sounds of water valves being turned on and off could easily be heard. Only stayed due to the lack of another place to stay, and it was thank god for only 1 nite.Checking out the following morning the day clerk couldn't find my registration, basically stating the evening clerk was incompetent.Apparently incompetency is tolerated there.

My Wife and i took a weekend trip to Denver for a Basketball game, and enjoy the city. On Saturday April 17 2010 we called the front desk to report the strong odor of burning MARIJUANA coming into our room. We got a report back from the front desk clerk that nothing was found. The clerk also said that its hard in the state to say anything because COLORADO has no law against pot smoking. Then came the ride back from the Pepsi Center. The shuttle drive opened the door for my wife and I, and there was two other couples in the van. The one couple in the back asked if we wanted to smoke some pot that he had in his pocket. My wife and i both stated NO. The lady in the front from the other couple said she wanted some. The pipe was handed to her and with some help from her partner she took a HIT from the pipe, filling the van with smell of burning pot. The lady that was with the POT sharing guy stated that we could get out of the van if we did not like it, and they would wait until they got back to room to FIRE-UP. I know that the driver could smell but hey he was to worried about getting back to the hotel and call it a night.
