No hotels in area with Travel agency. This one was in Carlilse and it was terrible. The room carpets were mildewed. The bathrooms were dirty. I did tell management and they gave me some cleaner and air freshner. There was a club attached to the property and kids were throwing rocks at our vehicles. It was not a fun stay at all. I am in the process of writing to get a refund. I have tried Travel agency before and never like this. When complained, it was you have to contact the one who made the reservation. Very customer unfriendly. The lobby smelled like alcohol because the bar was in the next room attached to the lobby. Horrible experience. Will I go there again......NEVER!

This Hojo won't make any experianced traveler think it's 4 star but it is more than adaquate too. I traveled with my wife and mother in law. Our 2 rooms were both clean and seemed to be well maintained. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. It was more than worth the money. We would stay here again if or when we come this way again.

I don't know what that smell was in the room, but it was tough. I was disappointed with this room. I tried switching rooms, but the smell was tough there too, that's what have as a memory of the first thing that comes to my mind of when stood here. I don't think I would recommend this place if you're staying for more than one night. It was ok, I guess, if you're like going on a road trip with buddies or something like that cause it did have a restaurant w/ bar and pool table, not so romantic or cool, just disappointing when they put you in these double rooms like all the way in the back of the parking lot. There was no free b.fast, barely any snack machines, and the restaurant was like ok I guess. H.park was like 30 min. or less and there was plenty of places to eat by there, more affordable too, KFC, Applebees, McD, and some others off exit 77 off rt 81. I wouldn't stay here again, I'd rather pay little more on a better closer hotel to H.park that will save me gas and breakfast money that in the end will add up to the same price as staying here but with satisfaction and better memories.
