  When I checked into this hotel I was told my room was given away. They said since it was booked online the reservations don't always keep up with their actual availability. Since I already paid for a room with a king size bed in smoking they were kind enough to give me one with double beds in non smoking and I was told I would get a rebate in the mail. The room was terrible. The television next door blew up. There was a dog down the hall that wouldn't stop barking. The room I was in had a broken radio/alarm and the sheets stunk like they hadn't been washed in a long time. The bed was hard and the sleep was bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only upside was that it was conveniently located to downtown Cedar Rapids and near some good restaurants and shops.

  Very clean, quick check in and out, helpful people. wireless was weird and did not match in room flyer but the phone support cleared it right up.
