  Rooms were in very poor condition. heat did not work in 1st room, 2nd room was dirty, shower was very nasty, cracks in tile very dirty looking. carpet was nasty ...

  Rooms were in very poor condition. Heat did not work in 1st room, 2nd room was dirty, shower was very nasty, cracks in tile very dirty looking. carpet was nasty looking. 3rd room was OK carpet was still nasty looking, shower had been redone with tub fitter, was clean. Manager on duty was very nice and helpful, called in 2nd and 3rd room to see if OK.
