We were greeted by a very polite desk clerk. Processed within a few minutes, given our cards for the room & given direction to our room. When we got to our room it was very nice & clean. We found everything to be in perfect order. We stayed for 3 nights. All of it enjoyable. The staff was awesome. The Continantel breakfast was very good. The only thing I would of changed is the resteraunt on site is a Pizza resteraunt. I would rather it of been a regular one. When we check out the staff was very efficient. It was a pleasure to stay there. We would stay there again.

This was a horrible experience. The bed linens on both beds in the room were dirty. In fact, they were so dirty, they may not have been changed for many days. When brought to the attention of the management, they were unsurprised and gave us clean sheets, but offered no other compensation. Additionally, the room was in questionable repair. The shower did not drain (literally for a full five minutes after turning off the water). The bathroom fan made horrible noises and could not be left running for long.

Bedding was dirty. I removed bedspread & blue blanket beneath had crusty spots on it. Gross! Pool & hot tub water is dirty- So cloudy you cant see to the bottom in 3 ft of water. Beds are very, very firm & feel like you are sleeping on a brick. Front desk staff & breakfast staff were very friendly & helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was frozen waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, watermelon, or cereal. Coffee, juice or milk for drink options. Found door propped open with garbage cans from lobby & parking lot. Overall hotel is run down. Looks like HoJo bought an old, run down hotel & stuck their name on it. I do not feel this lives up to HoJo standards. I have a block of rooms reserved for our wedding in 3 months, Think I may cancel & go elsewhere due to the filthy rooms & pool.

We travel alot but have never stayed anywhere so discusting!! Our room was so horrible! There was hair everywhere! We stripped the beds and asked for new bedding it was so bad but when they brought the new bedding it was just as bad. The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned and the floors were discusting. We finally asked them to transfer us to a different room. We got to the next room and it was much better but still not great! We used our coats to cover the pillows and slept in our clothes because the bedding was so horrible. There was about a 2inch gap from the door to the floor so the light and all the noise came right in. The walls are very thin you could hear everything!! This place does not look like the pictures when I asked about the difference in the rooms they said the room we were booked in is an older part of the hotel that is only used when needed. Well needless to stay I think we will stick with the Holiday Inn from now on afterall you get what you pay for!
