We've stayed at this HoJos every year for the last three. It is clean, well run, polite helpful staff. The restaurant is a great kept secret. The food is delicious and the prices so reasonable. It reminds me of childhood trips where restaurants used to be attached to the motels. I think there are only two HoJos like this left in the country. I find our stay here each year a delight.

Found bed had not been changed. Said we had to move after I volunteered to make bed up with clean bedding. Went to next room and the bed was unmade and towels all over floor. Sent to next room and there were people already in the room. I ended up making up the bed but couldn't sleep as these sheets didn't look like they were clean. When I spoke to ABC the manager in the Morning.. He said you booked via Travel agency.ca. and didn't bother to be nice. Had the feeling the manager didn't like it that we had booked with Travel Agency.ca

This hotel needs a reno job in the worst way....Ceiling tiles in the halls are stained and falling down.Carpets are badly worn and dirty and the pool needs work.The econo lodge across the road is a better buy and a cleaner hotel.

The most filthiest place, you could actually see the dirt lying on top of the comforter dirt under the bed and TV stand. The shower curtain bottom was mildewed. If you want to take something back with you that you didn't arrive with this would be the place!
