I was not sure about this hotel based upon some of the reviews, but we are so pleased that we chose to stay there! This is an older property, not as modern as some, but for the price paid it was truly a great place! We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning. The staff was very sweet and very helpful. They gave us lots of ideas as to what shows to see and what "not to miss". They even printed off some coupons for us! Our room was very clean also. We plan to go back next year!

I am A 50 year old traveler with grand child.We booked HoJO for location reasons.I have stayed all over Gatlinburg and for the money this is the best I have ever seen.Professional staff I will be back many times.They don,t have the Ant Bees anymore.But we were more than happy.

Air Conditioner barely worked, no ice machine anywhere on the 2nd floor, room very small, moldy smell in corner of bathroom sink area, ceiling in bathroom had water stains all over it. Pool had big light floating in water where it was unscrewed. Would not stay again.

We were very disappointed in our room especially for the price. It wasn't very clean, outdated and the plumbing was lousy. It took 45 minutes to fill the jacuzzi to the minimum level. During a shower the water turned extremely hot and burned my legs. The TV was very outdated and some stations would fade in and out. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
