Decided to stay here, closer to our event than our usual hotel. What a mistake! Lobby was ok , hallway carpet was shabby & very stained. It became clear very quickly that this is a hotel for homeless/displaced persons. One side entrance had a grill & lawn chairs for the duration, one afternoon, the hallway was serenaded with dogs barking. I happened to follow a woman in her work uniform(national express mail) to that room( home from workday?), take out 2 dogs - more were still barking inside the room. At breakfast it was obvious several of the guests and their children were down on their luck. Keys worked sporadically - twice had to go to front desk to get keys to work. Lobby had young men, shirtless "Hanging out", sitting on the luggage cart - made me feel uncomfortable. Glad I didn't need cart. Front desk staff tried to be helpful & understand, -room clean, breakfast good, but that isn't enough - I will never stay here again.

Booked this hotel instead of our usual because it was a little closer to our event & had equal stars (3). The room seemed clean tho long overdue for an update but the hallways, gym, "bar& grill"were seedy at best. Carpets were stained, faded & shabby. Gym equipment out dated & shabby - some of the seats gouged out and pulled apart. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean, the staff friendly & the breakfast buffet was great. But, the carpet in the hall was dirty, old, stained & worn. Also, they were having problems with their key system. We were there for 5 days. Our key only worked one of the five days. We had to have security let us in all the other times.

The Staff was very helpful and though I arrived a bit early, they accomidated us to a room. The room had some issues though, the bulbs in the lighing needed replaced, the coffee maker was not working properly and needed replaced and on the last night the toilet ran over. All was handled in a timely matter. Although they had recently renovated the Hotel, it still felt a bit outdated, a little peeled wallpaper here and there, things that are not overlooked by a Traveler. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet that they offer free of charge. The pool and hot tub was kept up and looked clean. All in All, a very good experience.

Despite the fact that the front desk couldn't have been less helpful or even nice, we stayed over the weekend (and the hotel was under construction which they failed to mention). We left something of value in the room, and called immediately. Long story short, they found the object, but it has now been two weeks since they said they sent it. After several calls, we still have no answer. And to make matters worse, the front desk doesn't understand how to operate their phones-transferring me to every other department but the one I asked---3 times in a row. I was told there is nothing they can do. I strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel, especially if you forget something important in your room.
