  This hotel (motel, really) won't win any glamour awards. But, especially for the price, you get a reasonably clean room with small microwave & fridge. Not a place to take the family for a walk at night due to the close proximity of several ""gentleman's"" bars. Another plus is that the Interstate (275) is just a block or 2 away. All in all I'd give it 2 or 2.5 out of 5, considering price it's 4 out of 5.

  The price was right -- the room was clean, bed comfortable -- somewhat older but for 40 bucks i couldn't complain!

  We have to say for the money, this hotel was great. We enjoyed our 3 day and night stay. The staff were great and a special Thank You to D.J. for your kindness and respect for you have for your visitors. We will stay with you guys again when we go back in the future.   We stayed at this property for three days. The property itself isn't amazing, but it did meet our needs. The room was clean. We could tell that the room/property was newly painted and our room had a new air conditioning unit. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

  The hotel had been rated by the online travel website as a one star hotel. I was not looking for luxuries, I was expecting a clean room where to stay the night before I flew back home. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. There were stains everywhere and the bathtubs were dirty. Also, there was no mention to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by adult entertainment clubs. I thought HoJo was a reliable hotel, after this experience, I would avoid it at all costs.
