The front desk staff were very nice and accomodating. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was not happy the pool was closed (yellow caution tape). It looked as if it had never been open for the season because all of the pool furniture was missing. I had a child with me who was looking forward to swimming since it was hot and we had driven 14 hours. It was a great disappointment and should not have been advertised as an ammenity.

Although the inn may be a little older than some, the rooms are very clean & inviting. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room comes with a continental breakfast that includes a choice of beverages, cereals, toast, and a couple of waffle makers. It's hard to beat the prices - I paid about $* a night during the Christmas holidays.

Terrible. The room smelled like cigarette smoke - even though it was posted non-smoking. The bathroom was not cleaned appropriately, nor was it supplied with enough towels for a family of 4. The pool was crumbling and cracking. Never again!

This hotel is badly in need updating and repair. The pool area was dirty and the buildings themselves looked very run down. When we checked in we were not informed of any problems with our room but as soon as we tried to use the toilet we found out that they were having plumbing problems. They assured us they would be corrected shortly. After 41/2 hours we still did not have a usable toilet. It was a hotel wide problem so we could not change rooms. At our insistence the front desk staff got us another room at a different La Quinta in town. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite, but I would not recommend this location until much needed improvements are made.
