My family and I were absolutely very happy with Hotel Sierra. The attendants at the front desk were helpful, courteous, and very professional. Their smiles were very welcoming. It's nice to be received after a long exhausting trip with a warm, friendly smile. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and the amenities of the fridge and stove were very convenient. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was very appetizing. The fruit was fresh and had many choices to choose from. The main entree was just delicious, but my favorite were the made-to-order omelettes. The food attendants were spectacular quickly replacing empty trays with new new ones. Overall I was very satisfied and happy with my stay at Hotel Sierra. I liked it so much that I would gladly stay there again.

I had to spend a week in CA (on business) and I picked the perfect hotel for it. This hotel was about average looking on the outside, however, I will remember the hotel room as one of my best experiences ever. It was large in size, had a full size kitchen, (inc fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, cupboards, pots & pans, utensils)..basically everything you would ever need to stay for a week. The room had free internet access, which was important to me, and a huge flat screen tv that swiveled around to various points of the hotel room. The bathroom and closet were a nice size too...not to mention the "magnifying pimple" mirror (haha). The bed was awesome - I have never slept better. The room even has a living room area (inc couch, end table and coffee table). There is a daily continental breakfast that includes omelettes made to order. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers free dinner (Mon - Thurs) however, the dinner wasn't quite as large as the breakfast in comparison...but it was still free, so I couldn't complain. There is a mini-laundrymatte on the first floor of the hotel (which was kind of pricey), and ample hotel parking was free. The hotel itself is within a few feet walking distance of a shopping plaza that includes restaurants (cheap and expensive) a full size grocery store, etc. Again, this hotel offers you everything you would ever need to stay for a full week....perfect for business or vacations. If I'm ever in that area again, I would definitely stay there again.

Room and Hotel very clean and friendly staff. Pool was never busy, had it to ourselves every time during the entire week. There was a full breakfast buffet each morning with everything you could want even made to order omlets. In the evening they have a Happy hour with food. The hotle has a shuttle service and a little store for late night snacks. There are several areas to dine within walking distance even a grocery store. Less then 5 minutes to San jose APT and 30 minutes to SFO APT. We went down to San Fran in the evenings to sight see and dine. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the Wharf if you don't go during rush hour.

My girlfriend and I came into town for a wedding, and had a great stay ? when we arrived at the hotel it was very late and we were both hungry and tired. It was nice to arrive to a friendly front desk, and the options for some snacks before bed. They really took good care of us that evening. Everyone can understand the stress and fatigue of traveling. The room was very spacious and clean ? I would definitely stay at this hotel. I am all about cleanliness and great customer service.
