Management has horrible, arrogant attitude and does dot care about customers. 3 floors and NO ELEVATORS ! Furniture and Beds are outdated and worn out ! Appliances don't always work from one room to the next. Needs fumigating - Bugs in the carpet and sometimes in the beds ! Housekeeping does not always service your room daily, but the management has lots of excuses ! Just not a good place to stay. Other places are much more desirable for the money. Very overpriced for the service and/or non service and "run down" property ! Located in the middle of Scottsdale Party District with Plenty of Noise ALL NIGHT LONG !

The front office staff are very friendly and professional. The complex grounds are clean, neat and well kept. The suites were spacious and offered plenty of supplies. There's a beautiful pool and covered sitting area for barbeques. The pool is non chlorinated which I really enjoyed. I will certainly stay again when I get back into the area. The only disadvantage to the facility, is there are no elevators to the upper levels (only 3 floors), but would be a disadvantage to those in poor health to climb stairs. I'm sure the facility would work with you in getting an appropriate room for those who cannot do stairs.

The only thing nice about this hotel was the front desk personnel. The room we stayed in was a king size suite with a kitchen. The room looked pleasant upon entering, however, paint, pictures on the wall and furniture will not cover up MOLD!! Yep, the bathroom was full of mold. The bathtub had mold coming out of its side from the wall. The wall had mold growing from the inside out...paint cannot hide this. While taking a shower the lamp fell out of the top of the ceiling and had to be pushed back in as well as the knobs comings right off of the tub. The toilet did not flush correctly and was barely grounded to the floor. If you have severe allegies and asthma which I do, than go elsewhere you will be kept up all night by not being able to breath. Upon leaving, we let the staff know, however, they did not seem to care. This hotel needs a makeover, we were highly disappointed since this is a Hyatt and the name should carry it's reputation.

front desk is very polite and helpful, pool was very refreshing, outdoor tv in the open cabana, 2 grills, pretty good breakfast - good coffee. Rooms need a bit of updating but were very comfortable. Nice to have 2 separate rooms and a little kitchen. Large dressing room. No elevators but easy stairs. But there are lots of ground floor rooms. Ask to look at the pool or else it will be the parking lot. Close to town which is very walkable. Very good resterants and galleries. Go to the water park with all the fountains.

Booked this hotel as I brought my wife along on a weekend business trip and thought she would have lot of things to do in walking distance. Nice clean 1 bedroom suite on first floor. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms might be a problem if you have lots to carry as there are no elevators. Our room was facing Drinkwater and there was a loud club across the street until late at night but not loud enough to keep us from a restfull sleep in a great bed. There appears to be lots to see and do starting about 1 block from the hotel, but I finished my required work late Friday night, and so our plans changed for Saturday and Sunday along with cool rainy weather. Decent breakfast included each day. I come to the area several times a year and if I bring my wife again, this will probably be the choice to stay at again.
