Disappointing and Over Priced!

The physical hotel room was good, the lounge/bar was also good. As far as being wayyy overpriced for what you get, disappointing! First of all, if you booked online you are considered "internet trash" by the staff. They take it upon theimselves to decide which type of room you want WHEN you get there. We had a "discussion" with the manager in order to get a room with a king-sized bed. Also, my advice is to understand their cancellation policies clearly. If you booked online and prepaid, there is NO refunds for any changes to your itinerary. There is a 100% penalty if you try to change your dates! I have stayed at better-run hotels for a lot less and been treated much better in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago!!!! This is Green Bay, Wisconsin for heavens sake!!!! They literally rape you on price especially if it is a game weekend. Parking was also a big problem - not enough spaces. We were told to park across the street (a very busy street) at midnight. Another "discussion" with the hotel manager about that. All in all, I would never return to this hotel.

Went for a Packers game for the weekend. They picked us up at the hotel and shuttled us anywhere we needed to go. Room was great and beds excellent. Best complimentary breakfast I have ever had. Eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, muffins, etc. Staff friendly and helpful in everyway. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

I stayed at this place years ago when it was the Embassy Suites and thought it was a great place. They updated some things since then and it is even better. The rooms are big and extremely cofortable. The atrium is cool, which is a nice place to enjoy your complimentary cocktails in the evening and then probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. We ate at the sports bar within the hotel and ejoyed that too. While there are other options close by, we enjoyed the convenience of everything the hotel had to offer. It provided a great place to stay for a quick getaway with my wife, we both enjoyed our weekend. There are cheaper hotels, but none are better.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite with a front room with a pull out bed. Room was in great condition and very clean. The beds were excellent. So good we wished we could have stayed another night. The front room could use a small chair or lounger. There was only a couch and 2 bar chairs for the front room bar. The bathroom is very tiny but the rest of the room made up for it. It was great having a fridge & microwave to use for our soda & popcorn. Next time we are in the area, this hotel will be tops on our list.
