  The lobby was just like the pictures, very nice. The staff was friendly. The room was just okay. It had a weird smell, the carpet was stained in several places, there was rust on most of the bathroom fixtures and the handles on the drawers. There was a rush for breakfast and not enough dishes to go around. The staff was constantly having to wash them and bring them back out, which took extra time. Great location as it is across from the Mall of Louisiana and down the street from the new Perkins Rowe. LOTS of shopping and restaurants, and 2 movie theaters. I would stay there again only for the location.

  Definitely a nice place to stay, but I felt that the room needed a lot more attentiion. Such as the maid missed a dirty spoon left in the sink from the previous guest? Room could have been a lot cleaner also. That was quite disappointing. All else was pleasant, as were the people.
