Okay - very impersonal. No front desk clerk.

This hotel was nice and modern. However, it was very impersonal. You checkin with a kiosk. So - better remember to bring the CC you used to book the hotel reservation with. Our room was not what we paid for. Got stuck in a room with two full beds, which was not deal since it was a romantic getaway. Front desk personnel not helpful at all -- that is IF you can find someone. Hotel is in a really good location. Don't rent a DVD -- it will cost you $*+ dollars. I would not stay here again. It was very modern, and nice but customer service was sorely lacking.

I come to Boise for work throughout the year, and every time the Hyatt has proven to be excellent....and its located near some tasty dining choices, a mall and hwy on/off ramps. All around, fantastic.

This hotel is beautiful and near shopping and major restraunts. But, most of all, the staff was great. We travel frequently and this was the best treatment and service we have experienced. The staff is TOP NOTCH. A band of people were at the hotel for a wedding and were like animals. Making a complete mess of the place, loud, rude. The staff handled them like professionals and laid the law down. When finished with napkins or soda bottles, they would throw them on the floor. After rinsing their hands in the bathrooms, the towels would be thrown on the floors. I felt bad for the staff, running around trying to keep the place clean for normal travelers as ourselves. Finally the Manager came in and put them in their place. They tried to run him over and it wasn't happening. He smiled and told them the way it was going to be and that was that. They threatened to sue the hotel and he politely said that he understood, but their actions would be changing or they would be leaving. Again, you won't find better service or staff anywhere. Thanks all.... When I return to Boise, you will be the only place we stay. Great job.

Large room with sitting area, comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite small and the TV is quite large! Adequate complimentary breakfast, although you can order eggs, etc for a price. All in all, this was a very nice hotel and the staff was excellent.

From the moment I walked in the lobby to check in, I was very impressed by the Hyatt. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, and made me feel right at home. The lobby was comfortable and well set-up. There was even a two computer ""business center"" from where I was able to check my email. The room itself was very tastefully decorated and had a suite-like feel. Our room had a large couch, fridge, and giant flat-screen TV. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is ideal - easy to find from the interstate and near lots of shopping. For the price we paid (which was by no means elaborate), I felt we were treated to luxurious surroundings and service.
