Ok, we really couldn't believe our luck at getting a room at the Hyatt at such a reasonable price. The location was exactly what we wanted so we could be close to attend a family wedding. And when we first checked in, we were very impressed by the room........very pretty inside. Unfortunately, after that, it went downhill fast. Found hair in the bathroom/tub, covers over glasses were wet (don't know what that was about, but used other cups for sure), floor was not cleaned properly, remote for TV didn't always work, couch was dirty with crumbs on it, and walls were paper thin. Guess we'll go back to our other choices in the future............travelers beware of first impressions!

We stayed here for a family vacation during Spring Break. We asked for and received an accessible room. The layout is great. The room is very spacious with plenty of room for a wheelchair to turn around and then to park the chair to the side and its completely out of the way with plenty of floor space left for luggage, kids, souvenirs, etc. The tub has a teak wood tub seat, removable, that is level with the tub sides. The showerhead is removable and multi-function, better than at home. It wa very spa-like, for the price of a regular family hotel room. They supplied spa-like bath soaps. The beds are super comfortable. There is a huge flat screen TV on the wall. The food at the breakfast buffet was good. (Melon=nasty, ugh) The coffe at breakfast was Starbucks brand. The cafe was too crowded at breakfast for the wheelchair but there was other seating throughout the lower level. The only bad thing was that the bathroom countertop was too high for wheelchair use. The counters are pretty black granite with lovely teak wood, but they are high, and very deep from front to back. This Hotel is Highly Recommended for Handicap or Accessible use.
