The Tulsa Hyatt Place provided an excellent stay. The desk was very courteous and helpful. The room was very good for the price. We enjoyed the large flat screen TV and full computer hook-up. The free continental breakfast was great. Our stay was in snowy conditions with the temperature never getting above 25 degrees. It would have been helpful had the hotel cleared the snow from the sidewalks and parking areas. Walking to one's car was rather difficult. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We love this place! we have stayed at many Hyatt Places and enjoy them all! the staff at this location is great! We have done Valentines at this hotel the last 3 years and are planning our 4th there as well! The staff is great! they allow me to come in early the day of our first day to decorate the room or do whatever preparations for our special evening! We would and still do recommend this Hyatt to any and everyone! great stay!!

They charged my card for a two nights stay when I already paid through the travel agency. It took them a week to refund it! They never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels.. The room was almost too spacious...ceilings were very high and not enough furniture in the room for the size. You know when you're moving and you spend the last night on an air mattress in an empty room. That is how this room felt! Staff was super friendly! But a nice staff doesn't make up for a bad hotel stay. I have always loved Hyatt hotels ...but I will never stay at this one again.

We were quoted 5 different prices in 15 minutes for the same room. The location refused to honor the price quoted by the Hyatt reservation center and claimed that 4 of the 5 prices the customer service specialists must of "been wrong" about and told us "we should book online because it's cheaper". The General Manager claimed they do not have to honor AAA unless they choose to on non-high census dates. I will not recoomend this location to anyone.

Although GPS (provided by rental car company) would not recognize the correct Zurich and it took longer to find (finally used directions I had written down from Travelocity in case I wasn't able to get GPS), the hotel was nice. Quick check in, comfortable bed, plenty of room, prompt cleaning service (once they cleaned my room while I was eating breakfast in lobby area and only gone 20 minutes). Hotel clerk indicated the location problem via GPS had been previously reported to the GPS company.
