Outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi were kept very clean and at good temperature. We were the only two guests to use the pool one evenning and we enjoyed the star-lit sky and surrounding mountain views. Rooms were clean and the gas fireplace and jetted tub added warmth.The small balcony furnished with table and two chairs was excellent vantage point to take in the view while enjoying refreshments. There were two minor deficiencies; no dining facilities on the property and the wifi signal was weak in the unit we occupied. Highly endorse this property for adults that enjoy a getaway to a quiet place with comfortable ambience. Not for families with young children in tow, .

Room was very nice with good view of surrounding area. Close to shopping and restaurants as well as Mayo Clinic. If climbing stairs is a problem ask for a unit at ground level.

This hotel could be so much more than it is. Beautiful location with a wonderful view of the city. Very quiet. The staff was nice and recommended a wonderful restaurant. But the quality of the room did not match the price. Furniture quality matches that of a cheap chain hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable. Tiny refrigerator was stocked with beverages but no room for our own beverages. Step up the quality of this place! Buy new furniture! Buy new lights! Buy new bedding! The entry outside our room was so dark that we could not see to unlock our door. Bugs were floating around in the hot tub - which was not hot. The water was cold. My husband and I were disappointed. We will not stay again and will not recommend this to anyone unless they want a rock-hard bed in a cheap room but pay resort prices. Note to management: please invest some money in this place! It is so cute and such a pretty location. It is so sad to see so little money put into the place.
