Very low rating for this place. No clear lobby parking for check in, then charge for parking lot that isn't convenient. No smoking policy, but smokers hang out the stairwell door and fill stairwell with smoke. No extra blankets, and due to extra cold night, room inadequately heated. No hair dryer in room, called front desk to request dryer and was told one would be brought in ten minutes; took shower but no one showed up with dryer. Called front desk again and was told dryers were all checked out. Ended up fighting pneumonia the next day at home, probably due to the combination of a sleepless night freezing in this hotel and having to leave with wet hair. The front desk personnel were not very pleasant on top of it all.

The neighborhood looked a lil sketchy at first, but then again I have never been to Seattle and it was just me and my girlfriend. However, once we registered into our hotel, we had great customer service. Once settled into our room the hotel staff called the room asking if everything was fine and if we needed anything. The place was an older hotel but really cute and our room had a little kitchenette. We could see the space needle from our room and walk to and from the space needle as well as the science center in just minutes. Buses are great and bus stops abundant. Restaurants close by and a liquor store literally right next door. I have never met so many nice helpful people. The room was clean; the staff was great, and the memories of the trip...well priceless. When visiting Seattle, WA, I will be staying here again. The water does take a little bit to get warm and maybe a little tricky at first and there is not a gym or hotpool but well worth the stay.

Great place to stay if going to event at Key Arena. Safeway 2 blocks away, used book store 1 block away and Bartells 1 block away. Love the Shuttle service from ferry to Inn and back to Ferry. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Eat at Floyd's for great barbque. This is not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Quaint inn and Queen Anne neighbor hood is a fun place to walk around.
