my say at this hotel was great. I have stayed here before. usually wheni come to danville, this is the hotel that i request. i would recommend it to all. the service was great, the front desk was very good when i needed help. Bottom line, I would come back.

The Innkeeper hotel dispays very clear pride of ownership. While I imagine this is not a new hotel, many details are thought of and attended to. Excellent service and attitude exist here each time I have visited. The hotel offers excellent value and nice extras such as golf and health club coupons.

My fiance and I have now stayed at the Innkeeper West three times during NASCAR race weekends. The accomodations are basic, but the rooms are very clean and the service is very friendly. This weekend, we wanted to make sure and pay cash for our unpaid balance, and the front desk was very accommodating. I would recommend taking extra pillows of your own- there are never enough in the room or available. Also, make sure that you're clear with the hotel about smoking/nonsmoking rooms. We are nonsmokers and had to burn a Febreze candle in our smoking room all weekend, even though we requested a nonsmoking room. The hotel did upgrade us to the jacuzzi room to compensate for the lack of a nonsmoking room, though. The continental breakfast is a very nice spread. Rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves. My only real complaint was that the hotel allowed loud, drunk tailgating right outside our room. I know it's a race weekend, but those guests' party affected every other paying customer in the place! All in all, would definitely stay again.
