Hotel is new and clean. Location is great. My main complaint is the concierge service was awful. We were told we had tickets for one show, ended up we didn't have tickets. We were told (on a different occasion) we would be getting good seats to a different show, they were twice the price and terrible seats. While staying in NYC it is nice to be able to depend on the concierge for last minute tickets, dining suggestions, etc. but I do not recommend utilizing the concierge at this location, sorry to say.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel, lobby, restaurant, welcoming, rooms, concierge and staff added to the amazing experience. Impeccable, quiet, well located, exceptional view and amenities! We are always the complainers and here we did not have one complaint, only praise. New, amazing, hot, trendy What else is there to say? Thank you and I will try to stay there at every NYC trip.

The Intercontinental Times Square was a very nice departure from our previous stays in the city. No more the 1920-1960 "classic" hotels. We truly loved modern glass structure with a nice sized room with a wonderfully comfortable King bed, and a large bathroom (no tub but not necessary for our short stay). A warning, the room furnishings make it feel a bit like your living in a "West Elm" showroom. The location is great for catching anything on Broadway and you can easily get uptown or downtown via subway, cab, or bus. The staff were efficient courteous and helpful. The attached restaurant "Cava" [not a drop to be had] had an interesting menu where we very much enjoyed a lunch at the bar. We also had dinner but were slightly disappointed with two seafood dishes that tried to incorporate way too many flavors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

02/27/2011There are 2 things i did not like in this hotel ... the lobby has a trick reception and the bed was not firm at all ! if you are like me ...
there are 2 things i did not like in this hotel ... The lobby has a trick reception and the bed was not FIRM at all ! If you are like me you will have a hard ... EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL but the bed ! The in room service was GREAT !!!
