Great Hotel. Love the design on the restroom. The service is not top but they do try hard to please you. The bed is heaven, mostly in the classic room bizarre though, did not like the suite bed too much ;maybe too big. View is spectacular mostly on the ocean view and in the morning. Food is superb. I recommend the mnago juice, very good. The desserts were great but breakfast excellent. They should change the carpet on soem floors.

bad experience for a long stay

1)This Hotel is so so.. room cleanliness is awful.. in my two month stay at the hotel they didn't even clean the carpets once.. which was filled with hairs and who knows what other things might be living there.
2)The room looks old.
3) Tv set is quite old and cable tv only has about 30 channels and no quality movies to choose from.
4)The personnel treats you well except for security guards that confused one of my co-workers with a street girl...
5) breakfast is the only decent food this hotel serves
6) Lunch buffette is pretty average
7) Dinner is awful and they take forever to deliver the food to your table I waited once 1:15 minutes for the food. 2nd time I left...
8) room service food is awful I ordered about everyting in the menu and only had good results with the seafood. Forget about red meats, chicken and pastas.
9) Checkout and payment is always an issue. I was working under a tax free company and they still calculated the taxes wrong every time I went to make a payment.
10) Casino.. is ok.. I'm not much of a player but I did visitted it twice and spent a total amountof a whopping $50.00 each time
