- **Hotel pool is closed for the season.** Please be advised there is a nightly resort fee of 5.60 which will be charged by the property directly. In addition, there is a 100 refundable deposit required at the time of check-in. All guests must be 21 or older to check-in.

My best friend and I wanted a night out. So we booked a room. They didn't have the room we required and upgraded us to the penthouse suite. We were really surprise. Never stayed in a suite before. We loved the room and enjoyed it so much.I sleep for the first time in a hotel all night .Bed was so comfortable. Really nice rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great night stay.

The room and view were great. I dislike having to pay for a mini fridge. enjoy the free wifi. Not happy that the pool and hot tub are closed for the season. Nothing better than a hot tub when its 37 outside.

Do not stay at this "Resort"

Hotel front desk staff was exceptional... until they knew we had a Travel agency reservation. They then became snippy and our room was horrible. We were given a room off by itself, past the housekeeping laundry room. Floodlights aimed into the windows of the room, which was located right above the very noisy air intake fans for the casino. The room smelled like cigars and had burn marks on the carpet. We were charged a resort fee of $* per day upon check-out, which we were told was to cover the cost of the "COMPLEMENTARY" newspaper. When I told the desk clerk that we never received a newspaper she said that she was sorry about that, we should have asked for one and it wasn't thier fault that we did not. The buffet was expensive at $* per person for mediocre buffet food in a cafeteria type setting. Boomtown has a MUCH higher quality buffet and dinning room and at $* per person it is also a better value. I will NEVER stay at this "Resort" again. We did visit other casinos during our stay and any of the other casinos would be a better choice than IP Resort and Spa.
