we spent 2 nights and were very pleased with the room. The breakfast was an added surprise with cereal to bagels. The room was close to Jacksonville downtown and very quiet although near the Int Airport. highly recommend.

The whole experience was terrible. The first mistake was mine, I booked near the airport by accident and was unable to change that. When I checked in to the hotel the place was terrible. The first room was the wrong size, fortunately they had a room with 2 beds, instead of just the one available. 4 people in one bed was not going to work. The 2nd room smelled and was not as expected. It was 1 AM and we were tired so we slept there. We found out we could not get a refund and were stuck there for 3 more days. What made it so bad is I booked a hotel with the same rating for the same price 2 or 3 weeks before and it was amazing. The pool was clean, the morning breakfast was awesome and the room was large and the beds comfortable. The exact opposite was true at this place. The morning breakfast was a joke, the bedas were uncomfortable, the room had a strange smell. basically I felt ripped off. I would never pay * a night for a such a terrible place and had I booked it directly I would have gotten a refund. No one at the hotel could help me because I booked via travel online. In fact the hotel even tacked on additional charges for amenity fees.
