I stayed at the Mondron and as with it's sister hotels and resorts was from start to finish constantly pleased and even pleasantly and unexpedily suprised with shall we say "gifts and or tokens of appreciation"....why you ask. Well I have to admit that to my suprise the staff of the mondron was sincerely ready to please and go above and beyond...just "because". From the moment I rolled up and stepped out of my car the valet welcoming me, by name! Still unaware how they did that. Next with the Professionalism,Courtesy,and how the Ladies at the front desk seemingly went out of their way to excitingly notify all the staff of my impeding proposal to what will soon be my wife. They without blinking upgraded us to the most fantastic One Bedroom Suite with Two Huge Baths and Balcony with miamis lights behind and tasteful decorating at an eclectic pace. The service didn't stop there. As the room door opened I was brought with compliments and congratulations Champage and a plethora of Chocholate Covered Strawberries. The proposal went off "without a hitch" ,well actually. Haha...no really as I enjoy the wall street journal and free coffee poolside with my fiancée I have to give the most astouding review and five full stars from start to finish. Thank you and bravo to the monoron and it's exceptional staff.

This is a wonderful hotel, we received wonderful service when we got there, however there where some kinks, you are not aloud to park your own car, and valet is 37.00 a day! We got over the initial shock of that, we checked in with no problems, but when we tried to log on found you have to pay an extra 15 dollars a day to use the internet, there is an extra ""delivery charge for room service to, so one burger cost us 28.00! This is a hotel for the young partier, as partys where going on every night, which was nice, south beach is a few blocks away, nice walk. For the price we paid for this hotel, things like internet should be included.
