- As with any hostel, unless otherwised advised, you are reserving one bed per person. Depending on the accomodations you book, you may be sharing a room with others. Bathrooms are also shared. Rooms are separated by male or female.

WORST STAFF EVER

Me and my two girlfriends went there thinking this would be a great place to stay for the one night we were gonna stay in NYC. Not only did it take us forever to get help at the front desk, but they had totally messed up our reservations. I understand that happens sometimes, but the way the staff handled it and treated us was unacceptable. We waited for almost 2 hours while the woman who worked there tried to understand what had gone wrong with our reservations. Most of that time, all she did was banging her head into the wall saying she wanted to get out of work. She even started to cry just because it was too much work for her to figure out how to help us. We tried to make it simple for them and said we would check into a hotel if only we could get our money back. That, of course, was impossible. Me and my friends left, without our money we'd already paid for our room we never got and without any sorrys from the staff, and simply checked into a hotel instead. The place seemed to be runned by high school drop-outs with no idea how to act with people. I would NEVER recomend this to anyone!

I have stayed at many hostels throughout the world. This is by far the best hostel I have seen. The staff was amazing and helped out with ever cituation I had. The check in process could be a little better but no complaints whatsoever. I will recommend this hostel to everyone I know that travels to New York. The rooms were always clean and the staff was amazing.
