The rooms are small but clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is wonderful (especially Rudy the doorman/valet parker). The price is terrific. And the location! walking distance to the Music Center, the Grand Central Market, and the cultural mix of Broadway. Fabulous!

Nice AC, refer, Microwave, sink, toilet and shower. Beautiful view off of the fire escape balcony looking up at the skyscrapers at night. Free parking lot on the weekends. Safe neighborhood. TV was old but had HBO. Really enjoyed being in the room. Price was lovely.

on queen beds

I reserved a queen bed but upon arrival was given twins and told that was all they had . . . two people after me were told the same. The reservation meant nothing. The restaurant was closed on Saturday night so virtually no place to eat . . . not even a snack bar. The room was clean but very small. The best thing about this hotel was the very helpful staff. Without them,it would have been awful!
