Staff is very friendly and efficient. Management needs to retire! Very Rude, Very Curt, Very Gruff! VERY POOR Customer Service From Management. Staff and customers aren't worth the time of day to them it seems.

Downsides for this Inn were: very out-dated and in need of renovation, noisy based on the interior door's lack of insulation, and cost (excessive for what was provided - we're aware that the cost is relative to its location near Yellowstone). The location to the park and downtown was excellent and convenient.

Fantastic Location and great service! The rooms were great! How many hotels offer to kings in one room? The breakfast in the lobby was good. Only complaint was that they were busy and there wasn't enough seats for everyone to sit down and eat. The rooms were clean and they got a roll-a-way to our room quickly! The pool was crowded but it is a good size pool. There is a lot of chlorine in the pool. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Yellowstone National Park!

We are very happy with Kelly Inn. Fair price, good location, big rooms, comfortable beds, and decent breakfast. We also really like that the pool is open late (11pm). When we return to West Yellowstone, we'll stay at the Kelly Inn again.

Pros: Convenient location. Very close to Yellowstone National Park's west entrance with lots of interesting shops and restaurants nearby. Price is comparable to other hotels in West Yellowstone. Continental breakfast was decent. Cons: The rooms are old and the fixtures in the shower need to be replaced. Our room had a strange smell - a combination of musty carpet and cleaning products. We couldn't open the windows and the AC fan was noisy. The quality of the room is comparable to a mid-range motel (e.g. Motel 6), but expect to pay a hefty premium for the location.
