Attended a conference here back in December and really enjoyed my stay at the Keystone Lodge. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free village shuttle was an added plus. The rooms were nice and clean - a humidifier in the room was an added bonus as it was very dry in Keystone.

Hotel is very comfortable, spacious and a terrific value! Great location close to the shops and a convenient shuttle ride to the ski lifts. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with questions. Beautiful location on the lake - we were there at a time when we could take advantage of the ice skating which is a Must Do. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

I stayed at the Keystone Lodge for a business conference at the beginning on December and had a great stay. The rooms were very comfortable and updated, WIFI was included which was a plus. There are a couple restaurants onsite or within walking distance. While the hotel is not walking distance from the ski lifts and the Keystone Village, there are shuttles going back and forth to the Village every 20 minutes or so, and its just a 5 minute ride to town. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a great location for mixing business w/pleasure. The rooms are large and great for couples or for sharing, although the bathrooms are a bit small. Everyone at the property was very nice and very knowledgable. The BigHorn restaurant was fantastic and team provided great customer service. You cant beat the location to the slopes and to Keystone Village.
