Attended a conference here back in December and really enjoyed my stay at the Keystone Lodge. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free village shuttle was an added plus. The rooms were nice and clean - a humidifier in the room was an added bonus as it was very dry in Keystone.

Hotel is very comfortable, spacious and a terrific value! Great location close to the shops and a convenient shuttle ride to the ski lifts. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with questions. Beautiful location on the lake - we were there at a time when we could take advantage of the ice skating which is a Must Do. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

I stayed at the Keystone Lodge for a business conference at the beginning on December and had a great stay. The rooms were very comfortable and updated, WIFI was included which was a plus. There are a couple restaurants onsite or within walking distance. While the hotel is not walking distance from the ski lifts and the Keystone Village, there are shuttles going back and forth to the Village every 20 minutes or so, and its just a 5 minute ride to town. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Keystone Lodge and Spa were genuinely friendly and helpful. Everytime I passed one of the staff members, they always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. They even provide considerate "above and beyond" amenities, like complimentary bottled water and humidifiers for to help guests get used to the high altitude.
