EPIC Hotel is fabulous!, from the valets to the check-in experience to the amazing concierge staff this property will be beyond your expectations and dreams. The rooms (with balconies to check out the gorgeous views) are very, very nice and super-comfortable with excellent bathrooms, and, as always, at Kimpton Hotels, lovely beds. Rooms all have a computer in them for your use, room service was very good and bellmen were extra excellent.Location is central and easy to get to sights, highways and the beach. Even though we had security, MTV and the Latin music awards guests staying while we were there, not for one minute did we feel less important. I will return to Miami just to stay at EPIC again. This is my favorite Kimpton hotel that I have stayed at, so far!

Everything about this hotel is first rate including the location on Biscayne Bay. We travel frequently for pleasure and are extremely particular and these folks have done a great job of understanding what a customer wants and providing for their every need. My only concern and it is minor is the concierge area. It is extremely busy and yet the area is confined and small and lacks an adequate number of staff. The employees in this area are terrific as was the case for all others in the hotel. We loved it and will return. A special thanks to xyz who checked us in and gave us an upgrade and an incredible view which we cherished during our entire stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Epic in June and it was amazing. We decided to pay the extra for the concierge level- it was WELL worth the money! The staff at the hotel were wonderful, they really went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. Upon check in, we were walked all the way to our room and we were asked to inspect it to make sure it was "up to our standards"-I have never had that experience at a hotel before! The room we had was a water view balcony and the balcony was huge- probably could have fit a small table out there if we had wanted to, along with the two lounge chairs and small table out their already. The view of the waterway especially at night was breathtaking. The room itself was spotless and it had a flat screen TV, a desktop computer, and a mini fridge. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower and a separate bath tub. Also, on the concierge level there is a private lounge where you can go to get drinks and snacks through out the day (all complimentary). This lounge also has a balcony. Along with the lounge, we were able to book all of our dinner reservations through a private concierge and he was very knowledgeable about the area, even giving us free drink vouchers to a bar near a restaurant we were going to once he realized it was just around the corner. There are two restaurants at this hotel, Zuma and Area 31. Both of them were delicious but if you can only try one, go for Area 31-great seafood. Overall, our stay was perfect! Very very happy with this hotel.
