I stayed in one of the 3rd Floor rooms & thought it was a great place to stay. I thought everyone was VERY friendly and helping in anyway they could. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful historic hotel.

We bought a sweetheart package to give to a dear friend and her husband.Circumstances were that they were not able to use the certificate until a couple weeks before it's year long expiration. In the meantime prices had been increased, and they would not honor the original certificates package. They were very very rude. We will never ever do business with these people again. Beware!!!!! Over priced for no concern for customer service. We ended up giving them $*** for nothing..Will tell anyone who will listen...no integrity,no character, no concern for clients!
