The Knights Inn near I-26 in West Columbia, SC is a "new" Knights Inn, in that a banner was displayed over a marquee and over an awning. It is a motel, in that you park your vehicle right by the door to your room. There are five separate buildings that encompass this Knights Inn; adequate parking, rooms are satisfactory for the price you pay, and it is a convenient location. The rate I paid was fantastic, and I would just iterate to anyone that this is a "no frills" place - you get a clean room, a clean and comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom, plus wireless internet that worked very well. The property itself is also older - looks as if it was constructed in the 1960s, so some cosmetic work needs to be done, but this does not detract from the value of the accommodation.

Great location. About 5 minutes from the airport. Resturants in walking distance. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in. Had donuts and cereal for breakfast. Was very surprised by that most place you are lucky to get a donut or a cup of coffee. Had a pool too. Just too bad I was there during the winter season. Will definitely will be staying there again when I am in the columbia area.

We were there for our daughters graduation from Fort Jackson. The hotel was a quick 20 min drive to the post. For the price we paid for the 4 nights we stayed was well worth it. We would stay again if ever in the area again.

My son and I went to a military graduation in Fort Jackson. We stayed at the Knights Inn, the room was clean, the air cold and the fridge & microwave worked great. It was near the airport, but I barely heard the planes. For the price it was great week.

My Daughter & I felt that The Knights Inn of Columbia was absolutley wonderful. Your Staff were friendly and polite, the room was clean & comfortable. We would definitley stay at this motel again if we find ourselves in Columbia for any reason.
