  We made reservations via the internet, received a confirmation number - e-mailed we would be arriving late. There was a convention in town rooms were scarce. When we arrived we were told they took no reservations. When I explained I had a confirmation number and we booked over the internet and gave our credit card to hold the room, I was told we take no reservations and we have no computer in the office. So at midnight wehad to drive around Indianapolis looking for a hotel. Luckily we found one.
