  great it is like a hotel not a motel . This is a boutique hotel not that regular motel. i went walking to riverwalk and ruth chris steakhouse. it is walking distance to downtown. This is a BOUTIQUE hotel it has a flat screen lcd TV, micro/fridge, coffee maker, very tastefully done rooms. i really liked the paint inside the rooms. i would say this is the best value in downtown.
