Upon Checking in, Front desk employees were rushed, and on the edge of being rude. Area was not the better part of town, would have felt uncomfortable after dark. Upon opening the door, of the room, the smell was over bearing, I am used to cigarette smoke, but this was unbreatheable, it also smelled of mold and cesspool, (this is the mildest way to say this), the bed was so sunk in the middle, it had to be 6 inches lower than the outer edge, My family and I did not have to say a thing, we just closed the door and went back to the front desk. I informed the clerk I wanted to talk to the manager, she went to back room and talked to someone, cam back and said the manager would be out shortly, she went back and talked to someone several times over the next 15 minutes, but no one ever came out, I finally told her I would not stay there and wanted a refund on my card, this was booked thru Travel agency, so she said the manager would have to take care of it. We left. I am from the country and used to old and cheeperHotels, but I would not let my dog stay in this place.

Check in took forever, staff not helpful. Our room had carpet ripped, moldy shower, toilet leaking, sink falling apart, dingy hard towels. room smelled. we checked out early and went to the VENITIAN a real Hotel. DON"T RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU HAVE NO SENSE OF SMELL AND CAN"T SEE VERY WELL AND AREN"T WORRIED ABOUT BEING MUGGED. You actually are afraid of what you"ll catch from the shower and towels. We spoke to several people who weren"t happy at all and that were checking out early also.

FRONT DESK UNFRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL, TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH AND EVENTUALLY RAN OVER, AFTER REPEATEDLY CALLING FRONT DESK OVER THE COURSE OF 2 DAYS, FINALLY SOMEONE CAME TO FIX IT

After we got to this hotel and walked in the lobby we were already skeptical. Shady looking people hanging out all over the place. We went to the front desk with an unpleasant front desk worker and got our room key. We walked into our room and were disgusted. The place was soo dirty and disgusting, I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. So, we left and checked into another hotel after they kept $* for the 2 minutes we checked in. I would never stay here, I didn't the first time and I wouldn't advise anyone else. Unless your homeless this place is unlivable.

We arrived a day late because our flight was delayed, if that wasn't enough the lady at the Knights Inn could not check us in because she couldn't figure out the computer, we had to wait 2 hours to check in until the manager returned from a long lunch. Other then that the room was OK and everything worked. For $* a night we weren't expecting much, if she could have checked us right in I would have given it a higher rating. The shuttle service is great and on time. Bottom line you get what you pay for, but it was fine for one night.
