We were looking for an inexpensive hotel close to everything and that is what we got. The rooms were fine (we had 2) and when one room's TV didn't work, the staff graciously gave us a new one. The breakfast is hearty for a continental, and judging by the fact that it was standing room only, all the other guests thought so too. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We just loved it here. The hotel room was great. The pool was great. The breakfast was great and most of all the employees were great! We had just left a hotel the night before because it is dirty. When we came to Sleep Inn, we just loved it. We will be staying here for now on.

With traveling a lot for work, I was very pleased with this hotel and the accomodations. Clean rooms, beautiful contemporary decorations and comfortable surroundings. A perfect stop after a day of shopping! The only thing I did not like was the staff member taking the time to make two waffles while paying customers were waiting to use the waffle iron.

Beds were comfortable but that was about it. AC unit made squeeking noises at night that were fixed by the staff upon request. The sound on the TV kept cutting off after about 15 minutes of use. The wooden frame of the bathroom door was broken and the door to the bathroom was this awkward sliding contraption with a tiny finger sized indentation for a handle. Definitely in need of serious updating. 3rd floor hallway smelled of smoke.
Location was quite central to everything and the breakfast had limited selections. I was very disappointed in the shape of the room and would hesitate to return. -

The staff was friendly, responsive and informative. The hotel was very clean - no mold in sight. They must have fixed whatever mold problem they had in 8/07. The kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was basic - cereal, bagels, danish, instant oatmeal, fruit and they had waffle irons to make your own waffles. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the Williamsburg Visitor Center and located near many restaurants. We had a great stay at a great price and would stay there again.
