we where very happy with our stay,room on the second floor was clean and recently refurbished, new carpet ,new paint and a very comfortable mattress.the towels weren't real fluffy due to the hard warter in amarillo,i would suggest to la quinta to use water softners and brightners,breakfast was fine,enjoyed the hot waffles and coffee. we would definetly stay again and would let family and friends know it is a ok place to stay.keep up the good work la quinta

I have stayed on other La Quinta Inn's but this one was a big let down. The bathtub nor the sink would drain, there were stains all over the carpet, some of the lights would not work and their were bugs all over the curtains.

when I got a room key and open it, somebody's stuffs in there. Wow. I changed room, this time, I saw dirty toilet, and a lot of dog's hairs on the floor. I think they never cleaned floor. I have a year old baby. I would never recommand this inn. But breakfast is good.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. After checking in, we noticed our door would not shut completely. After switching rooms, the new room had the same problem. The shower was filthy and still had the soap from the previous guest in the holder. There were also urine stains on the toilet seat. I had to use two of my shirts as pillow covers and I slept fully clothed out of fears of catching something.
