The first night was fine. The next night, there was a fight in the hall and we called the front desk. it took over an hour to eject the folks that were fighting. We had listened to the argument, then listented to the desk clerk give them warnings and finally they were gone. We had no hot water in the mornings. We talked to the front desk each morning and were assured it would be fixed. We had no hand towels the second morning. The third morning found water in the carpeting and again no hot water. Because of the wet carpeting, we had wet coats and wet shoes. We called the front desk and complained and also called the manager but he did not return our call. I would not stay at the La Quinta by the airport again.

The only good thing about this trip was the service I received from the shuttle driver who was extremely helpful and kind. There was trash and beer bottles under the bed, the shower still had hair in it, the fire alarm was hanging out of the wall, the window (on the first floor) wouldn’t shut and lock, and the room phone and phone jack were broken. So for $* my son and I basically stayed in a dump!

Have stayed in several other La Quinta hotels and was very pleased with everything. This one desperately needs to be updated. Everything is very old and out of style and doesn't look clean. The staff is very nice and helpful though.

I have stayed at many hotels and this one was one of the worest they were repainting the hallways and main entrance the fumes were terrible. The beds are terrible they need to invest money in pillows that are not completly flat and the bed is hard and not comfey at all.
