I honestly don't know where to begin. While the hotel was easy to find and check in was quick, the pleasantness stopped there. The room looks inviting when you first step in, but then the disgusting, down right filth of the place takes over. First, when you sat on the bed, it made a horrendous screeching noise. Not just squeaky springs or something. I am talking like it was about to fall apart or the wood was going to break. Next, I've had a bigger bathroom on a cruise ship. After further examination of the bathroom, there seemed to be blood on the wall next to the toilet. Unfortunately, the blood didn't stop there. There were marks on the actual sheets. Too bad we didn't notice this until after we spent the night. And much to our surprise we discovered a LARGE spot of blood on the quilt covering portion of the bedding. I once read to never, ever use those as they aren't frequently cleaned. Thank goodness it is the first thing I throw unto the floor upon arriving in a hotel room. At that point I was thoroughly disgusted by this hotel. I would never recommend it to anyone to stay nor would I stay here again. My husband and I have stayed at many, many hotels over the years, including a select few when we didn't have much money to spend on a hotel stay, but this by far has been the dirtiest and most unpleasant one of all our stays ever. I regret swimming in the pool after seeing the blood and filth of our hotel room in the light of the morning. And while I would have mentioned this at checkout, we were never asked as to how our stay was. Their loss.
