My husband, myself, and another couple stayed at this property for the Valentine weekend. We we're pleased, for the most part, with everything.....room, breakfast, location. We were disappointed, however, because the hot tub wasn't working. We specifically booked at this property because it was close to the outlets, restaurants, etc. and that it had a pool and hot tub. We were told that a "bunch of kids" had broken it and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We were checking out on Sunday. Needless to say, this put a damper on our "relaxing" weekend. We would stay again providing the hot tub was in working order....if not, we would find another location.

I have never been in a hotel that was more pet friendly than this one. I was in for a local dog show with many other dog fanciers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was great, the indoor pool was warm and clean, the room had free internet and was well appointed. Best pet hotel for the price in the Greater Akron area.
