  The front desk service was rude! The front receptionist (20 y/o adult) was arguing w/a 13 y/o child, that asked for a towel for the swimming pool, for her 4 y/o sister. No clean towels for showering in the rooms. The carpet smelled like mold. The A/C units didn't work well. They repeatedly swiped debit/credit cards for old reservations, that had been cancelled prior to arrival. The bed/mattresses were dingy/HARD!
