You explained up front that the hotel wan under contruction. The floor we stayed on was remodeled and looked great. Our room was comfortable clean and plenty of sitting space with 2 chairs and a couch. The price was very inexpensive. Since we were visiting family for the Thanksgiving Holiday we were not around much during the day, Even with the remodeling construction the hotel was quiet at night. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I stayed here Nov 12-14, and the hotel was great! I was on the top floor and had a gorgeous view. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless, large, and very comfy. Everything seemed brand new. Late check-out not a problem. Great location and easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, main roads, and interstate. I would definitely stay here again - a great value for the money!

Check-in was rather uneventful. It went smoothly except the front desk person did not offer tell me anything about the hotel such as breakfast or check-out times. The 2-queen bedroom was ok, nothing fancy. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in a corner, but both of them cannot be plugged in at the same time because there is no room in the plug for both. The dresser had some sort of grime on top of it too. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was ok. There was only soap and shampoo, no conditioner, mouthwash or anything else that is normally in the bathroom for guests. Towels were nice. The air vent system needs an upgrade however. There was another guest who must have burned their popcorn and the smell went throughout my room. Maintenance come up to spray some air freshener and for awhile it was ok, but then the smell came back again. Front desk did not offer to me to move to another room or floor at all! I have a feeling that they didn't really care. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Food was spread out too far from eachother and the tables. It took several trips to get everything that you wanted and then to sit down. Need napkins at least on the tables.

01/21/2008Saw at least 2 roaches in bathroom. poor construction since noisy. staff takes reservations by phone while guests wait at length at desk.
